2026 Ski Team Registration
Registration Instructions (Please Read)
Before you begin registration, please review the key steps and have the necessary details ready.
- Step 1: Complete this registration packet to register only for the Sundown Race Team (SRT).
After finishing your SRT registration, you’ll also need to register with WIJARA — our regional league. You will need your racer’s bib number to complete the WIJARA form.
- Step 2: First-time ski team family's click the box at the top of the Racer Registration page. Enter 000 for the bib number field.
- Step 3: For SRT, you only need to complete one registration packet per family — all racers in your household can be registered together.
Be sure to list each child on the first page and have their Date of Birth (DoB) and prior Bib Number ready.
- Step 4: Volunteer Sign-Up, each parent is required to Volunteer for both one Home Race and one Away Race. Make sure you have your calendar handy. Read more about SRT Volunteering.
- Step 5: Online checkout uses Venmo.
- If no Venmo, you'll need to arrange to pay with Cash or Check.
⚠️ SRT Waiver Notice & Safety Code:
- SRT Liability Waiver: Ski racing has higher risks than general skiing or other sports due to high speeds, potential for collisions, and varying course conditions, which is why registration requires signing an extensive waiver that acknowledges these dangers. This waiver is a legal document that absolves the race organization (Sundown Junior Alpine Racing), coaches, and volunteers from liability for injuries or death that may occur. By signing, participants agree they are voluntarily assuming these specific risks, including those from terrain, equipment, and other participants.
